Project Cost Management is used to plan and manage the finances of the project as well as its cash flow.
Data is taken from a number of sources such as the Red Ice Estimator, Accounting
program, Purchase Orders, Customer Invoices and Credit Notes to assist in developing a plan for costs and sales. These can be broken down by currency in order to plan as accurately as possible. When the plan is compared to actuals, a dashboard displays project health information, such as an interpreted Earned Value Analysis.
